LutherTigs....It really is very simple now.....If Rock Creek ask BK court to change to Chapter 11, it is game on.

And if NIVALD gets favorable results, A lot of money would be made available to Archer....More than enough to bail Rock Creek out of BK. BTW, the filing overstated the total debt by a huge amount, imo. So it could be a very attractive deal for Archer. Archer could pick up very valuable IP and go public by reverse merger.
