CANT,is hilarious. First off vrng was up against GOOG and Activision is no google, not in any way shape or form. I will agree those two, mayer and wallach are anti patent, but they aren't attached twins. It takes 2 out of 3 judges to overturn anything and they don't always get appointed together. Next, the patent landscape is far different today than it was years ago when VRNG lost. Lastly, VRNG was the proverbial patent troll. They bought patents from other parties and then sued. Wddd's isn't that at all, they invented the tech and have had it stolen from them.

Wddd's is so different on so many levels. . . . so, anyone who wants to panic based off of that post then feel free, but let's remember the facts. We have Michelle Lee gone and that alone is a huge win. The have claims won and that is huge and 101 is absolutely nothing to worry about given the past history in this case. So, if you want to worry about 2 judges being randomly selected together then do so. I'll admit that is a factor, but it's the one factor ATVI has in their favor and that's it stacked against a ton of things WDDD's has in their favor. So, risk vs reward in WDDD's favor, it's not even close. If you want risk free investing then I'd suggest Treasury Bonds.
