Plain and simple - they made a deal; They pledged their stock and cash to secure the rights, and they are working with a distributor (BV Medica which they co-own to get their products to market. The new CEO took the right steps, and several other deals are either done or in various of completion. They are having some significant success with a decent sized re-order on their female pharma product Gynofit.

Every deal takes more time then anyone can imagine, and as more bare fruit the stock will appreciate.
