Just to get this straight once again.... is it possible that a bad combonation of appeal judges can keep this from ever getting to court? CAN The appeal judges invalidate the six patents we already have been awarded? I thought that this happened to vrng after a trial win? Is there some kind of mix up? Because my understanding is that the appeal is just looking at what was dismissed to make sure that decision was correct? Can the judges actually take this backwards? I agree that would pose a very large threat! Although wddds hasnt had a bad ruling to date, i can see people selling off again if we get either of the two judges. But if we dont....... how will we have time to make that decision when the day comes and what day will that be? Also keep in mind that every case is very different and this is not vrng how ever i certainly cant aford that to happen here lol so lets all be on the same page.
