Do you think anyone actually believes that you are actually even doing anything with FINRA anymore? Why would you need to even call them to find out the next steps? Can't be good since you didn't update what those next steps are after the call. I guess it's back to the drawing board for the next lie to keep investors on the hook so you can steal more from them in your scam!

According to what you were saying before the nice "30-day delay" FINRA had everything they needed from you and you were just waiting for the TA to send something in. So now what is the issue? Let me guess, you will "talk" to them today, and then announce another 30 day delay, fire the new TA again, blame someone else?

THEN you will dump more shares on the market to buy some nice dinners for yourselves. You are thieves and no one believes your garbage tweets anymore. ZERO progress, wasn't this "supposed" to be complete on May 1st? Merger done in March (for the 10th time), ticker change coming in 24-48 hours back in April? You guys are an official joke, and I am a shareholder.
