Board - Remember what Fred said in the later, they will be bying share as the Cash Flow allows them to bye back. I am thinking this is how they deal with BA.

WHY would a company purposely do these things, there is NO advantage (that I know of) for the gyes on the board to totaly ignore their share holders, and drop the Stock Price.
Unless they was using it for Buying Power.
