DISA told us by next July they will have in place a new cyber security gateway infrastructure that will replace their current mail.mil system...MS Exchange.

It implies that the FULL WEIGHT of the U.S. Federal Govt will push ECRYPT ONE on EVERY ENTITY AND GOVT they deal with. They will push Ecrypt One and it's approach and (IMO) soon-to-be awarded PATENTED process MORE VIGOROUSLY than they currently do vaccines!!!

Just think about that in comparison to what you're harping on about.
