Exactly.. they can totally go dark but not doing that. What could be the reason to increase A/S to 25 B and why are they suppressing the share price to be at 0001 and billions are bought at 0001??,, several questions here. HCTI could mostly surprise everyone with positive NEWS very soon. HCTI will not have any future, If at all they don't care Share holders and try doing another R/S.
