Not a stock selling scam,look at all that stock sold by the insiders>
Rescue,oh you must mean after Kipping RESCUED Digifonica and Malak by introducing them to Voippal .
And to top it off,Kipping/Locksmith financed the majority of the (Voip-pal) deal.
This will impact us shareholders once we see the 2013 Audit that the court most likely will order.
Now this is my opinion and I think we need to see where the money was spent by the BOD.
Malaks deal was not 40%
It was a third and the anti dilution clause was taken out as well as the company capped at 901 million!!!
I have seen a copy of the agreement and am getting a Lawyers opinion seeing if I am aloud to post here for shareholders to see.
Chang has all the copies apparently,what I saw was signed by three directors.
If this pans out there will be a lot more stock than just RK's cancelled..LOL
