If the market isn't liquid, they will hold off until it is. The shares are not rotting fruit, they can take their time.

500,000,000 shares not being RETIRED is the truth. There is zero proof of retirement and if they are retired, they could be brought back out, forward sold. Again, no one ever answers WHY 500,000,000 shares, if just to be RETIRED??? LOL, I know why no answer!
