Whats is all this about dilution and who cares in an OTC stock that just traded 900 million shares today?

Obviously there a lot of others who could care less as well.

OTTV is going to move up on the products likely future which is very bright in this market.

I don't believe the question is if it will get big but moreover how big will it get...
