Let me ask you in this way...when statements are made such as a goal of 12 locations by end of 2017 when in reality they had three and now have only 2 - how long do you give it before you smell rotting fish ? Seriously, are you going to give them the benefit of the doubt for 30 more days, 3 months, a year ?

At what point does patience serve as an excuse ? Fact is that without news PPS dwindles and when it pops 100% - it's only back to where we were 3-4 weeks ago.

Side question - what are the costs associated with that counter-lawsuit GIGL filed and where are things at with that ?
