This is the first reference to the Sept 2016 case filing. I'm pleased to see it didn't fade into obscurity.

What we don't know is how long 'Big Chemical' might be able to delay any real attempt at a successful prosecution or how the current environment since the installation of a new White House might affect an outcome in this case. There's a great deal of POWER, MONEY and INFLUENCE behind DOW, BASF, HUNTSMAN, BAYER.

I just wanted to add that I hope the Kasowitz team is better prosecutorally than Kasowitz himself after watching his misstatements when defending Drumpf and his magnificent loss for Drumpf in the $25,000,000 casino debacle.
