I appreciate your insight & know it takes time for a detailed post. I am long, haven't traded or taken any profits here, but do not have the "strong hands" (confidence) at this point many say we should have.
Minor point: You mentioned construction announcement in No. Cal. There will NOT be a construction announcement before a "financing announcement". How can there be?
Major point: I believe Bahrain was the key to get the ball rolling (I hope it's still alive) due to the "up front" cash.
Regarding the LOI itself, the PR said they would "finalize the terms in a few weeks". Not "begin construction, line up vendors, hire employees, open a store, begin sales", etc, etc.
We are waiting for a ”signed agreement only!"
Furthermore, anyone saying "people expecting an international agreement in a few weeks are clueless", are really saying Joey is clueless, right?
JOEY IS THE PERSON WHO SAID "A FEW WEEKS"! Meaning 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 weeks. We are into week 9. So every comment/excuse about why the agreement is taking much longer than announced, must start with: ”Joey had no idea about..."
