I don't see any mention of that money being used for testing.

The only explicitly mentioned use for that money is:

Among its plans for the money are "promoting delayed initiation of sex among adolescent youth (and) increasing mutual fidelity among couples," according to its grant proposal.


Rest assured any money spent on testing will go to some company run by a Bush supporter.

Does Haliburton do aids testing?
