This Company Was Obviously Going Out Of Business And Headed For A Bankruptcy. I Was Thinking That This Was More Of A Clever Reverse Merger Than Anything Else. Then I Spotted One Of Many Articles That Basically Stated The Same Thing :

A Reverse-Split Will Definitely Be In The Works Here. The Recent High Volume Spikes Were Obviously A Profit Taking Exodus From This Reorganization. Anybody Owning Shs Now Should Just Get The Heck Out And Cut Your Loses Before It Gets Even Worse. The Current Sideways Movement Is Just Another Trap. All Previous PR's, Correspondents, And Any Perceptions From This Company Should Now Be Considered Null And Void.
