The Series B shareholders are unharmed by a reverse split.

And as I have stated and watched for years - the insiders just gift themselves shares.

We will see in a couple of weeks if Peterson has controlled his spending - look not at the revenue which is a typical noobie mistake but look at the profit or losses from operations. If the massive losses from operations continue - then there is a serious problem.
