Here are the facts:
Gotshalk is still involved
Contracts in default
NEWC unable to deliver on contracts
NEWC fails to file 10K, 10Q
CEO Manipulates stock
Important documents misplaced
Accountants not paid as agreed.
Unsubstantiated Press Releases

Major uphill battle to prove this stock is legit.
