That's no guy selling at 6's.

Look at the 10k lot size. This entity is trying to:
1) Keep triggering a price change to .06
2) Force anyone else trying to sell to toss in .0599 ASK.

And there are idiots who are falling for it too. It would be too obvious if he threw down a half-mill @ .06.

Some big news is coming.
