Whether some like it or not what happens to other oil companies in Kenya is often very relevant to ERHC. If oil workers are being attacked in Kenya do you really think that is not relevant to ERHC? If the pipeline is delayed do you think that is not relevant to ERHC? If the local and federal governments are feuding about how to split oil revenues that is relevant to ERHC too.

Bottom line is that it's not only good news that is relevant to ERHC. I've always talked about the things that happen in Kenya that could affect ERHC negatively because few others will. Most people want the whole story but some don't.
