Aware of SEC. Made $250,000,000.00 complaint . Seems there was a 1.4 billion dollar computer glitch. 1.4 billion government asset sell, $275,000,000.00 brokerage asset sell, then merger now acquisition of my former brokerages by Ally

6 years now... SEC and brokerages do have to respond in writing to take legal action. No written response. Just verbals pandering. Been patient ... Security Fraud doesn't have a statue of limitation. Maybe the market corrects and all is forgiven.

New SEC chief in January. Didn't have all this Dodd / Frank stuff once upon a time. Have to live by the rule of law .... I am at $2-5.

Just hoping it all works out.
