tomix... after reading arieli's opinion again, while i understand some of his points, i think they are based on very incomplete research on his part and that his conclusions are wrong. i think -- as arieli himself mentioned as possible -- that he is selling at exactly the wrong time.

my take, fwiw?: yes, the company MAY have made some mistakes OR been the victim of unfortunate luck / circumstances beyond their control concerning this most recent funding effort. BUT...management IS very persistent and, I believe, dedicated to getting the company through this period and to making it a success for all shareholders, including themselves. There appears to be a LOT of positive going on which, unfortunately, their own lawyers insist they NOT discuss officially because of "quiet period" SEC regulations until the financing closes. They can only report FACTS such as RI startup or deals actually closed (i.e. recent 2 additional Italy plants) in 8k's. Anything that is "speculative", such as deals in negotiation or development, is forbidden because it could be viewed as touting the stock to investors who might be interested in buying newly available stock. An unfortunate catch-22 at a time when BLSP clearly needs as much positivity as it can get.

All that said, I personally believe the financing WILL close successfully enough to at the very least fulfill the minimum requirements....and when it does, that we will see a real flurry of positive news about all the new developments and deals the company has been working on. I think it will be a VERY pleasant surprise for shareholders and those considering investing in Bluesphere.

Just one man's opinion, of course...

On an entirely different subject: I am interested in Israeli companies both large and small, especially those that are traded on US exchanges. If you are willing to share, and being Israel based yourself...any suggestions for sources of good info re those kinds of opportunities? Just fyi I can't read Hebrew, so...would need in English....
