yes, the warrants were issued for FREE once the common shares were bought for $1.50/share

we are NOT talking about the exercise of the warrants, we are talking about the issuance of the warrants, which has value and this value was issued for FREE once the $1.50/common share is paid


Read their not free exercise price 2.00 per share.
