Would agree w this sentiment. Going w simple, rudimentary tips does not differentiate yourself from the competitor. They need advanced, state of the art end effectors.

Such end effectors would be advanced mono and bi Pilar's
Laser tech
Microwave ablation devices
Vessel sealers
Staplers

One company features all of these devices...ethicon.
