Seriously we have seen this before just days ago when we hit .004's. We fell to .0029 earlier this week on a fast shakeout then we ran to .006's the next day and .0072 yesterday. The people that loaded the shakeouts and dips were up 120% in only 2 trading days! The BVTK chart reset and cooled the RSI there for the next leg up to pennies. Shakeouts are common before big runs.
