BMIC isn't jumping retail on the bid yet so it may not be ready to go just yet, if that happens then it's almost a sure sign.

Problem I see is that they are putting too many shares on the ask, IMO a new and/or illiquid ticker should never have more then 5K shares showing on the ask at any given time, the less the better, should always appear thin. Unless you have someone lined up to take out that big block that is, then that would certainly be a bullish signal.
