Good morning VGID,
I too spoke with Buzzy yesterday: I texted and he called right back. It was a little hurried, he was driving, I was walking after lunch, out of breath, though we did get right down to business and I mean business!

Have you got your golden ticket yet, what are you waiting for? I mean it; I believe Buzzy’ s spin-offs are the golden ticket! The beverage industry may be exciting, however, believe me when I say, the focus is on the spin-offs and I don't think people understand how big this is going to be:

Hollywood Star Haircutters spin-off second quarter of Fiscal 2018 now: Buzzy thinks he may be signing the lease or leases next week. It will be a Goldman/Facebook type IPO to raise the necessary capital. Price and number of shares to be determined, $5 to $7.50 dollars was mentioned as possibly an appropriate amount needed, then shares will be offered at a discount, first to the Broker’s clientele and then to the public in the IPO.

Dividend shares will then be issued to vgid shareholders. Now, when I asked if the number of shares would be the same as Fernhill, he said not decided yet. In any case, I see this is our golden ticket; it's anybody's guess what the final price and number of shares will be but imagine what that will do for our price per share for vgid, and, that is not even the frosting on the cake; dividend shares worth potentially dollars per share; wow!!!

Leaf of Faith spin-off end of this year, didn't ask if that was fourth quarter of this year or calendar year. Anyway, I believe this is going to be another IPO spin-off just like the Hollywood Haircutter spin-off; Oh my God, Woohoo, though will need confirmation and details. Right now it is a subsidiary, VGID 80/20 Boris though Buzzy said it will be a spin-off by end of the year and I assume just the same as Hollywood IPO; all I can say is wow!

Regarding the recent volume, it did not come from anything Buzzy did though he qualified that by saying he did a small promotion, $4,000 dollars, related to the Cannabis industry so VGID would be included anytime a Cannabis Promotion hits, said every couple weeks or months?

Paid promotion was by a third party probably related to approximately 60,000,000 shares becoming unrestricted.

Again, small promotion by Buzzy, only $4,000, related to the Cannabis company promotions though has not changed SS, maybe show up a little in next quarter.

Most of the resent volume though was related to a group of day traders following a list of buy sell times during the day. And, that makes since if you remember: it was orchestrated, how it popped in the morning and fizzled in the afternoon every day!

Financials to be released by the 15th of August or before.

Conference call date will be announced at least a week in advance; I didn't pin it down to before or after the conference call; should know something around the 10th.

Folks, this is all really good information and should be used for follow-up questions in the conference call or before. Buzzy is transparent, call or text him. My take away, this is going be big, really big! Go Buzzy!
