Not sure what to make of it but I had a few Hundred Thousand Shares of OTTV in my Account that I bought Cheap as a Lotto and its now at .0047 and Climbing Fast.
No Chart and a Risky Penny Stock.
Maybe buy a few Shares with Money you can risk Losing and you may do okay.
