What bases? Petey doesn't have any "bases"...

What company does he have that is active?

HOP-On is not registered in CA.. it is FTB Suspended....has been for awhile. Check out that Petey didn't even turn in the Statement of Information paperwork for 2 years! It was due within 90 days after the initial formation.

Isn't it great that the "business address" for Hop-On was Scott Bennett's address... FUNNY STUFF.

(I really like that CA now shows the documents. No longer have to order them like I did back in 2014.)

Hop-On is in Default in NV.. plus no registered agent (resigned in JANUARY) and not to mention the CENTRAL INDEX KEY, which is needed for publicly traded companies, is no longer showing on the NV SOS (and hasn't been for MONTHS)... big problems.

And then, there are the fees that are due... does Petey have that money?
