When ever a company makes an official announcement then have to file a 8k with the SEC to register the activity. Foreign companies issue 6k's.

On July 24, 2017, Novavax, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing topline data from the Company’s Phase 2 safety and immunogenicity trial of its RSV F Vaccine in older adults. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
