Then within the 12 months, new stuff, new location, new hires, new market--all happened, and apparently with money.

New stuff...because the old stuff didn't sell, new hires....because the existing people quit, new location....they couldn't afford the rent where they were, new market...because they were essentially banned from the WC market, and apparently with money...not so apparent....having to borrow money from employees and paying them with stock after they are sued, lol.-
