First, not sure what all that means for sure. Second, that was the dat that IFON made that massive run from the 40's, to 1.04, and then retreated back to the .40's.
But it appears that Cooltech intends to become a public company, as is also mentioned on their LinkedIn page.
Anyone with expertise in these things know what this all spells out for the future of the merger, and for IFON longs?
