Absolutely no proof in that. Only claims by the 4 Stooges themselves, and quotes of their claims. Hardly an impartial judge.

At least one long time significant shareholder has stated here in their opinion, the Stooges work has been a "wash", meaning, net zero. Since then of course, they have had additional expenses.

Back to yesterday, have you found a single shareholder vote that worked on mailing date? If not, why would you even consider that mailing date would be the case here?

Take one step back. Are you even in agreement that mailing date is not valid here, as I and others have told you?
