LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 2003--Mr. Blaine Froats, Chairman of Alternate Energy Corporation (OTCBB:ARGY) today announced a clarification of this morning's announcement.
The heading could potentially be misconstrued in that the company has signed as an Advisory Agreement with Taurus Global and not a Funding Agreement.
The agreement could produce the necessary funding but is not be construed as a final conclusion.
Taurus may sift through many potential deals in a month but to say that they sift through hundreds is not necessarily the case.
Taurus Global, LLC is a corporate advisory firm providing advisory services with respect to financial and corporate activities. Principal Michael Rosenberg is a veteran corporate financier of more than 25 years, has held various executive positions with leading financial institutions including as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Rosenthal & Rosenthal Inc. Principal Franco Scalamandre brings his 20 years' experience as a professional executive in finance and marketing to Taurus Global, LLC.
