Agreed this is undervalued. Orphan drug status, the products already being sold (pet pain away, etc), patents, and pipeline drugs, all point to a higher valuation for the company.

As for the convertible notes/dilution consider this:

Tesla diluted shares into the market some months ago. The shares were absorbed, barely putting a negative dent in the PPS and once conversions were done, stock continued higher. The dilution had little affect cause the big boys were happy to buy those shares.
DEMAND EXCEEDED SUPPLY.

In our case here with NPHC (and the majority of pinkys) most of the 900,000,000 shares that were sold were absorbed by NITE and CDEL not retail. There is not enough retail investors like us to absorb that many shares.

So then NITE and CDEL with their HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF SHARES short the stock and sell their enormous amounts of shares into the bid, sending PPS lower. SUPPLY OVERWHELMS DEMAND

When strong NEWS or REVENUE gets released and retail investors like us begin to buy aggressively, demand increases NITE and CDEL'S big ask blocks get taken out, PPS increases and they are forced to cover there short positions and PPS flies. This is why when these sub penny stocks go up they make big parabolic moves to the upside, it's because of short covering
