The DEF14A on August will lead to the BO info.

It looks like a High Valuation Merger type Acquisition, which is better than the expected Tender Off type of Acquisition.

It also explains why we need to RUSH to vote on R/S (not to meet $1 requirement) for share exchange in case of high valuation Merger.

Hopefully, we see the role of Jana in ZBH filings today.
