The excitement is continuing to build within the company. We have completed the cleanup of the company’s past and are launching the business going forward. The audit is currently under way with a goal to be completed by the end of September of this year. Once the audit is completed, our plan is to up-list to the OTC markets QB status and become fully reporting to the SEC by filing our SEC Form 10.

Our goal is to then stay on the OTC Markets exchange until we meet the listing requirements of the NASDAQ or other major exchange. Once we do, then our plan will be to up-list from the OTC to the NASDAQ as soon as possible. Also, once Chron becomes “fully reporting” on the OTC and/or NASDAQ, it is our belief that Chron will be much more attractive to larger investment banks and private investor groups as well. Toward that end, we have begun discussions with these entities, and while still preliminary, they have been positive.
