Zeynoc, I understand your long and most long investors are biased to see the stock appreciate. Most here feel the same way. If you care to do research, how many letter of intents and or acquisitions or offers has Keith M Berman announced over the last 20 years?
How many ever happened?

Over 45 million dollars of discounted shares were issued in the most recent accumulated deficit. Those shares were sold many times that amount to the investing public to the tune of hundreds of millions.

The pieces of paper that are called "intellectual property" do you feel those "ideas" are worth 45 million dollars?

We will go into detail of each one shortly and the people involved, but I am asking you to use common sense and think logically. Don't let a long position currently in the money think for you.

Alot of people here, especially the financers of the company use the word " litigation play" This terminology means that the hype surrounding a patent infringement suit can generate tens of millions of dollars of speculation money to be invested in the secondary market, in which Keith M Berman has issued over 20 million dollars in discounted shares into that market.
Floating rumors last year of the initial patent suit being worth 30 to 90 million dollars all over the message boards is unethical and downright wrong.
After all the hype last year, the actual monetary amount reported by Keith M Berman is in the neighborhood of 200,000- 400,000 dollars. He also placed an arbitrary value of the patent "the more important part of the settlement as stated in the K" as one million dollars. The one million is an arbitrarily assigned value placed by the company. It is an ownership right by the company for a soon to be expired patent.

The immense volume of hard to follow technical patent jargon is considered a "story" to lure investors into something with rumors spewing on message boards to create liquidity for the 45 million shares issued the last 18 months.

This current pump looks to be doing the exact same pattern of the past 20 years.

GenPrecis is the current hot product, what happned to the genultimate meter ? This was just 9 months ago. We will discuss the other dozen products in depth shortly as well.

As far as the new buyout rumors to attract new investors again. Even at 20 cents and 100 million shares out that makes 20 million cap for the last 20 years of work and 45 million dollars raised by company.

It is all bogus and it is unethical to perpetuate this.

If you make general statements about how we are at ground floor and the beginning of something, please state facts to back up your opinion that can be discussed.
