I understand that the past couple of years were troubling and some probably lost lots of money. I feel bad for those and I wish that didn't happen. However, this company is making good product and they have come up with a product that governments are using or planning on using. Here are some publicly available stuff they are producing:

We don't know what all is happening in the background, but I personally have and will risk few $$ on this company. So, I would say we all need to be cautious of this one.
