The BO...no one for sure knows.

There must be something they are waiting for if we don't see the announcement tomorrow.

August 3rd = Hercules loan status on their 2Q Report (search Amedica to see if it is still there).

July 31st to August 4th, as Boston said on previous post, we will see the real amount of shares (on DEF 14A) after the accelerated options vesting due to change of control.

I won't surprise a bit if they announce on the August 3rd or August 4th too. If they do, then the R/S voting makes sense...to play a "buy time" role to finish off the tender off (takes 20 business days from BO announcement day.)

The latest I could see is they wait for the GAAP of 10Q of 2nd quarter report, which is very important = possible of positive EBITDA. (Last year they filed the 10Q for 2nd quarter on August 12th. If they do announce on the 2nd week of August, the trick of R/S voting plays a "buy time" role as well, like I mentioned above.

Other than that, I don't see any reason to delay the announcement anymore.

Zimmer's head of spine will be leaving after Sept 1st...there must be someone will replace him...speculative guess is Sonny will be, which makes so much sense.
