After this amount of time, I keep coming back to why wouldnt they
file ER in order to keep dumping shares on the way to the 25B AS.

I keep thinking the ER would show that the agreements / revenue were basically a sham. Easy enough to sign agreements that are very favorable to the other party, but which do actually little or nothing for HCTI.

Think about the wording that has always been used when announcing these
agreements.

Can they just fold up shop and walk away without putting their cards on
the table?

How will this work going forward if they refuse to file ER?
