I do not understand GE enough to announce that this is the last fund raising, or that the sales will be just above the market price, to easily complete the agreement with KALANI.
I can not seem to understand why he behaves as if his goal is to screw the investors.
Currently, whoever buys shares relies on no more dilutions and I am pretty sure that if he makes another deal, the volume of trading will drop sharply and the funding will fail.
