So there was a report of even $5.0 mil operating income.

There was never an audited report showing any income. Anyone can send out an invoice and state that it represents incomr, but until an auditor verifies that it is indeed a collectable account, it is meaningless.

What became of any tax issues has never been presented.

That was just part of the scam.

That is how the collections unit came into being.

How much have claimed to have collected? ZERO!!!!
