I think we are beyond the pump and dump option - generally, these schemes get triggered by a series of vague but optimistic PRs that happen in a blur and out of the blue. The problem is that we already have a steady stream of such PRs and they don't even move the dial a centimeter ... hey, they are even hinting at the ultimate consumer product to purify drinking water and the stock price went down, with low volume.

<< Regarding the stock price, I wouldn't rule out a one or two day paid pump as the CEO desperately needs to dilute millions of $$$'s. I also see that many market makers have dropped out and this is left with several ping pong players. >>
