They had to account for the 22 million shares they gave away for the toxic finance loan A Few weeks back..

Also this is the 20th time this has happened ---> its a repeat recycled plan.

This was not a gift. It was a slap in the face AGAIN

It was a strategic plan to sell into the July 1st news and buzz
