Does anyone have any idea what Progressive's 10,000 Series B Preferred stock are now worth? Apparently, they had a stated value of $150 each (= $1,500,000 transaction value) and can be converted to common in three tranches (the second of which is available at the end of the month).

My guess is that they are shaking their heads in disbelief.
