The Registered agent is just the person that takes responsibility for filing the report. You file the same report every year to renew a company. You can change anything you want at anytime by just paying the fee to renew your company.

If you have enough money to file to make an LLC, which is like 500$, you, yourself, stock1ace1, can be your own registered agent, for your own company.

In fact you could be the registered agent for ABHI! So why don't you give them a call and let them know you're available to fix their issues.
