1.) Big pharma - are they subversively trying to keep all MMJ down? They stand to lose millions if MMJ is successful. Could be any number of players on this front - is all the attention confirmation that we're invested in a potential major player that can be a force of change.
2.) Law firm involved in legal proceeding - they have a heck of an incentive to pay to keep it down. The lower OWCP's share price helps them low-ball the settlement. They're already demonstrated to what levels they'll sink to at the expense of the company.
3.) As an Israeli company there's no shortage of political enemies who will stop at nothing to prevent anything coming out of Israel from succeeding.
4.) Not so friendly fire from another Bio company looking to get into the MMJ market cheaply.
5.) MMJ competitor like GW... trying to squash the competition before they can get started?
6.) US politics - could go on and on about that chaos.
I can only hope this period of silence form the company means that they're working diligently behind the scenes.
If it takes them a month, six months or a year - that's fine I'm willing to partner with them and wait it out, but to wrap this up the lack of any communications direct from the company is maddening and taking its toll on many leaving all to speculate what is really happening.
