You are totally wrong! Most claims expire a year after the event took place. This is the case in many states in US. Not sure how it is in Israel but should be about the same.

This claim is baseless as the person in case had a romantic relationship with Baruch and had hard feelings after the breakup. That's all. She knows she doesn't have a case and that's why there is no lawsuit in place ;)
