These were all Campos's reasons he gave in the past! He seems to always blame someone else. The emails you mention are just another form of his manipulation. They have not been released and are not substantiated.

We know that auditors in the past have not been paid as agreed as confirmed by Campo himself.

We know that his accounts misplaced important documents as confirmed by Campo himself.

We know there has been problems with releasing important information surrounding the involvement of the former CEO and his family as confirmed by Campos and the former auditors.

So please tell me what information is not true?

Campos response seems to be one of crying that people are bashing him, yet he produces no 10K

Contracts go into default and he does not fulfill contractual agreements.
